NYFW S/S 2015 Wrap Up: The Burlesque Boudoir and Korto Momolu Show

This season's NYFW Spring/Summer 2015 was amazing and of course I had to share it with you beauties!  I was invited to kick the week off inside The Burlesque Boudoir at downtown's stylish Opus 51.  Presented by Starbaby Enterprises, the show featured an amazing burlesque performance followed by some ultra sexiness on the runway.  Models strutted down the catwalk featuring designs by Louise Ferdinand Lingerie of the UK, and celebrity designer Stevie Boi.  Check out images from Sandra Palmer’s latest collection for her intimate range and menswear collection, 1st Man below:

What's a fashion show without a Bad Girl on the scene? Slim of Oxygen's Bad Girl's Club Season 12 was among the guests, checking out the latest styles at hitting the runway.

Guests indulged in an array of delicious gourmet cupcakes from Basket Treats By Alexis Streets and received their own swag bag :p

Also, 20% of the proceeds made that night were donated to Starbaby Enterprise's charity partner: Walk the Walk America

I was fortunate to also receive an invite to the Korto Momolu show, and as a Project Runway fan, this was pretty exciting.  As you may or may not know, Korto is a "Project Runway" All-Star, two time runner-up, and voted "fan favorite" of the Bravo/Lifetime hit show fifth season as first runner-up.  She debuted her 2015 Spring/Summer Collection at the Designer’s Loft at Studio 450 presented by Shea Moisture.

The collection showcased a lot of vibrant colors, soft blues, delicate creams, and- my favorite!- lots of gold. It was one stunning piece after another.  Check out these snippets from the show!
