This year's IBS New York 2014 was chalk full of the hottest trends and products that have been taking the beauty industry by storm. Combing the countless rows of brands inside the Javits Convention Center in New York City was no small task but for a beauty addict, it was pure heaven. This year's event included expert classes taught by stylists from salons like Redken and Arrojo, CND, BAM Cosmetics, and by Emmy Award winning makeup artist, Eve Pearl.
I was fortunate enough to catch up with Eve and chat about her thoughts on this past season's Fashion Week and get dolled up in a NYFW inspired look. "The whole look for fashion week was a natural, clean face with a goddess- like effect" which Eve created on me using her method of Reverse Contouring.

I can't wait to get started with my Pure Fiji samples! Each and every one smells delicious and these palettes of coconut and guava had me just about drooling! (Reviews coming soon!)
