Novex is Brazil's #1 best selling hair care brand and they recently debuted their brand new Mystic Black collection. The line includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Baobab Oil, Leave in Conditioner, Deep Hair Mask, and a Detangling Spray. The collection is considered ideal for dry hair (curly loves, this one's for y'all). Why? Because each product is formulated with oil from seeds of the Baobab tree, which is supposed to help repair split ends, reduce frizz, add shine, and detangle hair with ease.
At the launch event, press got to watch a live styling demo to see some of the products in action.
Since I have curly hair, I'm all to familiar with the coarse texture and breakage that often plagues curly hair. So after the demo, I jumped in the stylist's chair to experience the leave in conditioner and oil for myself. Not only did they smell delicious, but once the stylist finished, my hair had noticeably less frizz and felt super soft.
For intense treatment, the process includes five steps:
1. Shampoo
2. Condition
3. Leave in Conditioner
4. Style (blow dry or difuse)
5. Apply Baobab Oil
